You will receive an e-ticket via email. Please note that your tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded
For Gift Vouchers, Afternoon Tea Vouchers & Season Tickets
Upon purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation email. A voucher will be dispatched within 3 working days via 1st class Royal Mail to the address provided on your order. Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other monetary value. Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Season Tickets
Upon purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation email. The season ticket will be dispatched within 3 working days via 1st class Royal Mail to the address provided on your order. The season ticket can only be used by the named member(s) and it does not cover guests. The ticket entitles the bearer to free entry to the Gardens (or House & Gardens dependent on ticket type) on normal public open days as many times as you wish whilst the card is valid (please check opening arrangements on our opening times webpage as the House & Gardens are not open year-round). Includes entry to events included in the normal admission fee, the Sculpture Exhibition and Christmas opening. Special events are not included. Season tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other monetary value. Valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Valid up to 12months from purchase date.
