Wine is an agricultural product and runs out from time to time. If you order a case of wine, we may substitute a wine with one of similar value.

Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per bottle or per case, as marked. The prices include Value Added Tax, unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional.
We reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice.
Please note: Offer does not include Mixed Cases or Noble Harvest.

Age restriction
We won't sell wine to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. Sorry, but that's the law. When you register your details you will be required to enter a valid date of birth to confirm you are 18 years old or older. By placing an order you also confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are buying a case of wine as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
Once the wine has been delivered, according to your original delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient's responsibility.

We are unable to accept returns for unwanted wines, due to quality control reasons.
We do not offer a sale or return service.
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered, you should notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange a refund or replacement, within 30 days.

Delivery fees vary according to the value of the monetary gift card, and include administration, postage and packaging costs.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends, Bank Holidays or to international addresses.
Monetary Gift Cards will be delivered within 4 working days Please upgrade to next day delivery if required.

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 8 working days of receiving the parcel by email at

Please note – All items need to be returned, complete and in a reasonable condition – due to the current situation, returns may be extended to 21 days

Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights

Denbies Wine Estate are not responsible for return postage or the costs associated with this

Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you include the receipt/proof of purchase, and we would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting, in case the parcel fails to reach us for any reason.
Denbies cannot take responsibility for any goods failing to be delivered.

The customer service team will be able to process refunds in line with our standard policy. All refunds for damaged goods will be processed as soon as possible. However, during this period we will do our best to ensure prompt payment however, we are operating a limited team so there may be a delay, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding at this time, when the visitor centre is closed.

Cancellation Procedure
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Please notify us within 24 hrs of placing the order, if not, to cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, please refer to the returns procedure, stated above.

For out of hours queries please email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please note that all refunds from our website are conditional upon proof of purchase and can only be made to the person who purchased the goods.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.

You don't need to print off any tickets or confirmation emails to visit Denbies, You do however need to bring with you any vouchers if you have used them in your purchase.

1. Please note, your tickets or e-vouchers/experiences cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred.

IMPORTANT: IF BOOKING USING SPECIAL PROMOTION VOUCHERS (OF FOR HOTEL CUSTOMERS) YOU MUST BRING YOUR VALID VOUCHER WITH YOU ON THE DAY OF YOUR VISIT – Failure to do so will result in you being asked to pay full price. Vouchers displayed on smartphones will not be accepted.
2. In the event of the venue needing to cancel the event, you will be contacted by email and given a full refund, including any postage paid.
