DELIVERY
We aim to despatch orders once payment is received within 7 working days.
Orders are usually despatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with the exception of large items/orders that may be sent using a courier service. Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries are expected to take 2-3 days from the time of despatch for delivery but occasionally may take a little longer.
If items are returned to us as undeliverable to the delivery address given on the original order we will refund the cost of the goods less postage and packaging costs.

International Shipping - We are currently not offering international shipping on our online shop. If you would like to place an order for delivery to a non UK address please contact us with the order details and your delivery address at info@hollycombe.co.uk and we can give you a quote for the order including shipping. 

CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Most items on our online shop are eligible for return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You may cancel your order from the point of placing your order until fourteen calendar days after you have received your order and receive a full refund. There are some exceptions which include:
Perishable items (confectionery & preserves)
Opened DVDs or computer software

If you have inspected the product, it must be returned complete with any included accessories in the original and undamaged packaging and not exhibiting any signs of wear or tear.
If we deem this condition not to have been fulfilled, we may choose to apply a restocking charge.  

Goods must be repacked and returned to us at your own expense with a covering note within fourteen days to:

We suggest that you use an appropriate service level of postage, ie added insurance for valuable items, and strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting as items not received or received damaged may affect any refund you are entitled to receive. 

Once we have received your order back and checked it is in a resaleable condition we will refund the cost of the goods within fourteen days back to the original form of payment made.

DAMAGED GOODS
Please inspect your goods as soon as they arrive. In the event of items being received damaged please contact us within three working days of receipt of your order notifying us of the damage caused along with accompanying photos. Please email us at: info@hollycombe.co.uk

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. The prices include Value Added Tax, unless otherwise specified. Children's clothing and printed books are zero rated Value Added Tax.
Any delivery charges are additional and are shown at the checkout.
We reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Hollycombe reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the value of tickets.
If the event is cancelled, all monies, including postage paid will be refunded.
Attractions and timings are approximate and may be subject to change.
In the case of outdoor events, please ensure you wear suitable clothing and footwear.

Please ensure care is taken when moving around the venue. Cars are left in the car park at your own risk.
if dogs are allowed, they must be kept on leads and under control at all times.
