The 2014 Cubitt Blanc de Blancs is pale gold in colour with a very fine bead. Citrus, brioche and honey on the nose, the palate is pristine and linear with a creamy minerality leading to a long and complex finish. Beautifully aged with 6 years on lees before disgorging, the barrel matured dosage gives rise to a complexity to be savoured.
