The 2016 Cubitt Blanc de Blancs is pale golden in colour this elegantly developed English Sparkling wine.
Grown on the chalk rich soils of the Denbies “Hillside” Vineyard, this wine has notes of intense toasted bread and baked apple characters on the nose.
The minerally palate has hints of nuts and spices with a refined, creamy texture and a long,
dry finish.
